At 2Impact, we advise various clients on their sustainability strategy, its implementation, and reporting. With the advent of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), many companies are eager to start reporting. Once they get started, it quickly becomes clear that strategy and implementation are inseparably linked. At 2Impact, we take an integrated approach to strategy, implementation, and reporting.

We work with a team of driven professionals, often executing projects in collaboration with one of our partners. 2Impact is growing rapidly; it is not a bed of roses, but it is a warm nest with many opportunities for an ambitious, entrepreneurial consultant.

What will you be doing?

At 2Impact, you will start working on client projects from day one. You will advise on or work on an annual report, conduct a materiality analysis, interview stakeholders, organize a workshop or carry out an analysis. As a senior consultant, you will lead junior consultants and guide them in their work and personal development. You will also contribute to writing proposals, work on developing new propositions and trainings. 2Impact regularly provides training and events where you can contribute.

· 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience

· A business or technical study background with relevance to this role
