Share & Learn: Preparing for the EU Forced Labour Regulation

The EU Forced Labour Regulation (FLR) will introduce a ban on products made with forced labour from entering, circulating, or being exported from the EU market. While the regulation does not introduce a formal human rights due diligence obligation, the recently published European Commission guidelines make clear that companies with robust Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD) processes will be better positioned to prevent risks and respond to potential investigations. 
During this Share & Learn session, we will explore what the Forced Labour Regulation means for companies in practice.
