The client's challenge 

Yes! WeConnet embeds sustainable value deeply in its business operation and therefore looked for external accreditations that reflects its endeavours. 2impact helped Yes! We Connect with its first B impact Assessment (BIA) and becoming a B Corp certificated company.  

Our approach

In the prepare phase, we conducted an eligibility check to define which assessment route applies to Yes! We Connect, based on its business context and the size of the company. We analysed their B Impact Assessment (BIA) questionnaire and identified quick-wins and set long-term improvement roadmap. Together we completed the BIA questionnaire and reviewed documentations for validation purposes. Along this collaboration, we ensured that the internal team was engaged and informed well by providing knowledge sharing sessions.
