Together with this fishing company, we worked on the next step in their sustainability journey with a focus on defining a long-term ambition, applying double materiality, developing a CSR strategy, and preparing a sustainability report.

We collaborated with Royal Smit & Zoon to conduct a DMA and identified key ESG factors relevant to their stakeholders and business. The DMA is used to inform and update their ESG strategy and set up a CSRD-compliant reporting process. 

Together with JDE Peet's, we conducted a double materiality assessment. We followed our 4-step approach, also recommended under ESRS and by GRI: 1) define, 2) identify, 3) assess, and 4) prioritize. The material topics that emerged from this assessment will be used as input for strategy and reporting.

Together with Dura Vermeer, we developed a reporting roadmap. The reporting roadmap clarifies, based on ambitions, requirements, and wishes, which steps Dura Vermeer needs to take in the coming years. We also worked with them to produce the first integrated report.

We analyzed the relevant laws and regulations for Prosus, including the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive, the EU Taxonomy, and the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence guidelines.

To comply with ESRS disclosure requirements, the company improved its sustainability reporting in 2021 and aligned disclosures with draft ESRS in 2022. 2Impact provided support in updating sustainability narrative and data consolidation during the 2021 Annual Integrated Reporting cycle.
